This is 3 short stories in one book.

Fire and Ice is set in the League novel world, with the Assassins. Adron is an ex-Assassin. He was left for dead and as a result is severely crippled.
Livia is the daughter of the Vistan ruler; making her a princess. She is scheduled to marry a noble at her fathers behest. She does not wish to do so. As such she escapes to a bar where she meets Adron who is trying, as he does regularly, to drown his sorrows and significant pain in alcohol. She kisses him to hid from her fathers soldiers. She was a goner no sooner she saw his face let alone kissed the man.

Knightly Dreams is a set on each in current times. Taryn has been ditched by her boyfriend, now ex-boyfriend. A witch approaches her with a book, the same witch approaches Sparhawk too. Sparhawk wants out of a loveless relationship; the witch offers him 7 days to fall in love. Taryn freaks about Sparhawk turning up in her bed by accommodates him and tries to help him adjust to our modern world.

The third and final short story is called Dragonswan. This story is set int eh world of the Dark Hunters. Sebastian is a Dragon Shifter. He is hundreds of years old, originally born in medieval times. Channon is a lover of history, specifically with he legendary dragon tapestry. There is an instant connection between Channon and Sebastian. There is even some time travel.

A fantastic collection, was great to read something from the league as I initially tried to read one of those novels and got bored with it. Perhaps I will revisit it sometime.
