This was a book I read after seeing the film adaption. Obviously this meant that my imagining of certain aspects were severely influenced by the visuals in the film.

I did find however that the novel doesn’t actually contain a lot of descriptions of anything, given the beautiful graphics in the film I had expected a description to show hot it all came into being. But it was sorely lacking which was disappointing.

However, the film is very true to the book for story line which is fantastic. Very well done, cannot wait to read Part 2 of the Trilogy.
