Written by Scott Mariani, The Bach Manuscript is an adventure novel, I went for something a little different. This was such a good choice!

Ben Hope is former SAS. He visits one of his university friends who is a musician in Oxford. Nick is found dead and Ben decides to get involved with the investigation; he believes Nick was murdered because of a manuscript he owned. A J.S.Bach manuscript to be precise, one that had gone missing during WWII after an SS soldier took it from the dead hands of a young Jewish boy he killed for trying to escape.

It turns from a hunt for a murderer into a search for a murderous gang, the truth about several peoples history, and for a treasure long thought lost.

I really enjoyed this. After reading I found another book in the Adventure category to read. I am really looking forward to going further into this genre.
